Michael Catalina
Mike joined the Conard team in 2023 with over 10 years of Quality experience across various industries, including aerospace and automotive. Mike’s duties include managing the company QMS, driving continuous improvement and leading a customer-focused inspection team. Mike is a graduate of Somers High School and a Certified Continuous Improvement Champion.
Arthur Long
Art has over 30 years of experience in all aspects of Photo etching. He was Engineering Manager of Photofabrication Engineering Inc., General Manager of Tecomet Inc., an affiliate of Thermo Electron Co. and Vice President of Precision Art Coordinators Inc. until 2003 when it was acquired by Conard. Art attended Northeastern University.
Michele Jokl
Michele joined Conard in 2015 and has 20 years of experience in accounting management. In addition to accounting, Michele handles administrative and personnel functions for Conard. Michele earned a BA in Psychology and Sociology and an MBA with a concentration in Management from the University of CT.
Tom O’Dea
Tom joined Conard in 2015 bringing over 30 years of experience in plating and etching process engineering to plants in the US and South East Asia supplying the semiconductor industry. Tom’s duties include driving continuous improvement, process control, electroforming, and First Article Inspection. Tom has a BS in Chemistry from UConn.
Kathy Stillman
Kathy joined Conard in 2005 to help the company meet its growth goals. Kathy Has over 30 years of experience in manufacturing, marketing, sales and new business development. She earned a BS in Business from Charter Oak College and an MS in Management from Rensselaer.
Brent Slater
Brent joined Conard Corporation in May 2023 and has 12 years of experience in production management and coordinates with Purchasing, Engineering and Quality departments to meet or exceed production schedules/deadlines.
