Bill acquired Conard in 1997 and is involved with the financial and planning functions. Previously, he was a Manager with Price Waterhouse’s Management Consulting Department I New York City and was a Vice President & Director of Diversified Holdings Corp. He received BA and MBA degrees from Iona University and is a CPA. He is a former President of the Photo Chemical Machining Institute.
