William J. Fox, President and Owner

Bill acquired Conard in 1997 and is principally involved with the financial and planning functions. Since 1984 Bill has also been the President and owner of Fox Financial Corp. in New Canaan, CT which invests in closely held operating businesses & commercial real estate and provides corporate advisory services and financing. Previously, he was a Manager with Price Waterhouse’s Management Consulting Department and was a Vice President & Director of Diversified Holdings Corp. He received BA and MBA degrees from Iona College and is a CPA.

Arthur Long, General Manager

Art has over 30 years of experience in all aspects of Photo etching. He was Engineering Manager of Photofabrication Engineering Inc., General Manager of Tecomet Inc., an affiliate of Thermo Electron Co. and Vice President of Precision Art Coordinators Inc. until 2003 when it was acquired by Conard. Art attended Northeastern University.

Anthony Murtha, Engineering Manager

Tony has been with Conard since 1989. He joined the Company as Quality Assurance Manager and a year later assumed estimating and quoting responsibilities. Since 1995 Tony has been Engineering Manager responsible for tooling, engineering issue resolution, cost estimation and job quoting. Tony attended the College of the Holy Cross.

David Gray-Cleary
Quality Assurance Manager

David joined Conard in 1984 and was initially involved in production and since 1995 has been Quality Assurance Manager. David is responsible for maintaining all quality standards and compliance testing. David attended Franklin Pierce College and Lyndon State College.

Sandra Lewis,
Administrator and Bookkeeper

Sandy joined Conard in 1998 as a full charge bookkeeper and since 1999 has handled the administrative, personnel and benefits administration functions. Sandy has over 25 years of accounting and office administration experience. Sandy received a BA degree in Mathematics from the University of Connecticut.

Kathy Stillman
Director of Sales & Marketing

Kathy joined Conard in 2005 to help the company meet its growth goals.  Kathy Has over 30 years of experience in manufacturing, marketing, sales and new business development.  She earned a BS in Business from Charter Oak College and an MS in Management from Rensselaer.
