Photo Etched Durable Signs and Graphics
Fabricated from solid stainless steel or bronze and photo etched to a depth of .018 inches, durable and vandal resistant metal graphics meet many regulatory requirements. Color fill is accomplished with either baked polyurethane epoxy or highly durable electrostatic powder coating. Standard panels include high strength permanent acrylic adhesives.
Deep etching and durable baked finishes produce graphics that can withstand years of exposure and many cleaning cycles.
To comply with ADA requirements, Braille symbols are photo etched to a depth of .032". Both .018 and .032 etch depths can be applied to any given panel.
