Photo Etching Paneled Continuous Screens
Conard has developed processes by which we can photo etch screens in panels up to 60 inches in length and laser weld the panels together to create screens of virtually unlimited length.
Hole configurations can be straight walled or conical in shape. Conical screens are often used in sumps to filter out particulates in fluid reservoirs, for example. Food processors also use screens in filtering applications such as removing pulp from juice.
Photo etched screening, in a variety of materials, finds applications in many industrial, scientific, and electronic applications.
