Photo Etching
Photo etching is a relatively
fast and inexpensive method of fabricating
flat metal components and is an alternative
to stamping, laser-cutting and wire EDM
for many applications.
Chemical
machining can achieve high precision
and tight tolerances – allowing for
hole sizes as small as just 110% of the
thickness of the metal being etched. The
process produces burr-free parts and causes
no mechanical or thermal distortion of the
metal.
